We came to an agreement on a purchase of an I7, I sent payment via paypal Feb 5th. The seller agreed to ship via ups then provide me with tracking number via pm the next day.

That was the last response I have gotten from this guy. I tried pm\'ing him again on [H] but have not gotten any replies.

I finally received a complete refund of my money on Feb 11th. Almost a WEEK later!! I generally do not like to give out interest free loans!!

I still have not gotten a reason for the failure to ship nor any responses from this seller.
